When will my order ship? 

Orders are processed and shipped same-day excluding orders placed on Saturday and Sunday. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.


How do I modify my order after it's been placed? 

If you would like to make any changes to your order, immediately contact us at hello@beforeyoucollection.com or call our web department at 404-749-4726. Please note that if your order had already been processed (i.e. packed and shipped) no modifications can be made. 


Can I get shipping estimates before I place my order? 

Yes. If you would like to know an estimate of your shipping cost before you place the order, please contact hello@beforeyoucollection.com or call our fulfillment center at 404-749-4746. 


Can I use my own shipping carrier?

Due to the influx of orders processed daily, it is best to use our carrier, FedEx, to be as efficient as possible. At this time, we cannot accommodate shipping orders via your own account. Thank you for your understanding!


When will my pre-order items ship?

Each pre-order style has a specific delivery timeframe. Please refer to the product description for the target date. As soon as the pre-order items are in stock, we will process the order and ship as soon as possible. You will receive a notification 24-48 hours prior to the item's shipping.


Do you charge upfront for pre-order items?

No. You will see a charge on the card used to place the order when the items ship. However, if requested, we can charge upfront to guarantee a hold on your pre-order items. 


Can I cancel my pre-orders?

Buyers have 24 hours after the order is placed to make any changes to pre-orders. After the 24-hour period, we will accept cancellations only for the following reasons:

1. Extreme circumstances that have affected your area of business

2. Major financial setback due to illness or legal battles

3. Closing business

What if I have a damage? 

All manufacturer damages must be claimed 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. A prepaid label will be sent to you for approved returns only.

Can I use your photos for my social media and website? 

Yes! If you would like higher resolution photos, please contact hello@beforeyoucollection.com with the style numbers and colors of the items.
